    This internship provides a unique opportunity for

    Month 1:

    Media Relations

    • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with influencers, athletes, and sports personalities.

    • Coordinate media events, interviews, and press conferences.

    • Monitor media coverage and compile press clippings.

    Reporting:

    • Research and create compelling sports-related articles and news updates.

    • Conduct interviews with athletes, coaches, and other relevant figures.

    Month 2:

    Analytics

    Description: We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic students to join our dynamic Production and Broadcast team through our internship program!

    This internship provides a unique opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career in sports broadcasting to gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into the exciting world of live sports production.

    Month 1:

    Utility

    • Assist in the setup and breakdown of production equipment.

    • Support various departments with day-to-day tasks.

    • Ensure all production areas are organized and well-maintained.

    Camera Operations

    • Operate cameras during live broadcasts and recorded events.

    • Collaborate with the production team to capture dynamic and engaging shots.

    • Assist in camera equipment setup and maintenance.

    Month 2:

    Replays

    • Operate the replay system to capture and replay key moments during live events.

    • Find, capture, and present looks for directors to use in their live storytelling of games.

    • Troubleshoot and address any technical issues related to the replay system.

    Audio Engineering/Mixers

    • Operate audio mixing consoles to ensure high-quality sound during broadcasts.

    • Collaborate with the production team to balance audio levels and enhance the viewer experience.

    • Assist in setting up microphones and other audio capture equipment.Month 3:

    Technical Directing

    • Direct and switch live broadcasts, coordinating various production elements.

    • Work closely with producers and directors to execute the vision and obligations of the broadcast.

    • Manage the technical aspects of live production, including graphics operations and transitions.

    Broadcast/Video Engineering

    • Ensure the proper functioning of all video and broadcast equipment.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live broadcasts.

    • Collaborate with other technical staff to maintain a seamless production workflow.

    • Work with pre-production to ensure broadcast items are ready for game day production

    Month 4:

    Producing

    • Plan and coordinate all aspects of live and recorded broadcasts.

    • Develop content ideas and collaborate with various departments to execute production plans.

    • Manage timelines, scripts, and communication between team members.

    • Lead onsite teams towards a final look and feel of a production.

    • Ensure sponsor obligations are prepared for and met before, during, and after shows.

    Internship Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled as a student in a related field (e.g., Broadcasting, Communication, Media Production).

    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    • Passion or interest in sports and knowledge of sports broadcasting.

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

    Scheduling:

    • Assist in creating and maintaining schedules for administrative tasks and events.

    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.

    • Ensure effective time management for the administrative team.

    Data Entry:

    • Accurately input and update data into the company’s database systems.

    • Conduct regular data audits to ensure information accuracy.

    • Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed.

    Onboarding:

    • Support the onboarding process for new team members.

    • Prepare and organize orientation materials.

    • Assist in creating a positive onboarding experience for new hires.

    Project & Team Management

    • Collaborate with team members on various projects.

    • Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring.

    • Contribute to team coordination and communication.

    Correspondence:

    • Draft, proofread, and edit various forms of correspondence.

    • Respond to emails, inquiries, and other communications on time.

    • Maintain professionalism in written and verbal communication.

    Sponsorship Inventory Management:

    • Monitor and maintain inventory of digital sponsorship assets.

    • Coordinate with sponsors for materials needed for broadcast advertisement.

    • Create and process sponsorship contracts.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled as a student in a related field (Business Administration, Communications, or a

    related field).

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
